We absolutely loved every aspect of this beautiful property. The views were simply breathtaking and the condo was meticulously appointed and cared for and as beautiful as pictured. The supply of coffee and basic sundries (laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towelsâŠand even a Britta water pitcher) were greatly appreciated. The cooler on wheels, beach bags, pool noodles, shopping bags (you have to pay for them at most grocery stores), and captains beach chairs came in handy on all our adventures. Jamila answered every question we had and even provided us top recommendations for beaches to visit, places to eat and things to do. The condo is located high up on the mountain so while itâs a very tranquil setting with all the wonderful sights and sounds of an island, be sure your rental is an SUV so you can easily navigate the incline and twists and sharp turns of the roads, especially on the northern side of the island where this condo is located. We didnât experience any issues of any kind, other than the typical adjustment to driving on the opposite side of the road. Just remember: Keep Left. We highly recommend this location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront. The only downside, if there is one, is you have to drive pretty much everywhere but itâs only a 20-25 minute drive to the Red Hook side of the island. This gave us a chance to experience more of the island, which we loved. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
