We are operating Rooms only-as advertised, we do not offer a restaurant or pool and we do not advertise them. We are however 2blocks away to the left from Cost-u-Less supermarket and the Meat-up restaurant offering breakfast lunch and dinner. We are 5 minutes from Yacht Haven’s 20 restaurants and Pier 22 the a hotspot with a pool the public can access. Also a 2 Safari will stop directly in front of the property in both directions, as if we weren’t already the most economical accommodation on St.Thomas! As we discussed we are on a mountain-top we don’t have sidewalks and we do have hills! A note for future reference Carnival Day is taken to heart here, nothing is open outside of Carnival Village. We are 5 min from town and enjoy being on the local transportation “Safari” offering 2 rides across the entire Island on the main road. It is Carnival Day and the fact that most of the island is st Carnival Village forthe day, challenges would obviously be more likely. Fortunately those with or without a rental car have the convenience of “Safari” local transport, VI Trans bus or a rental car or scooter readily accessible during their stay at Boundless Bliss Hotel! Your feedback is appreciated. We dont have bathtubs at this property and you never mentioned a cockroach during your weeklong stay. Sorry you changed your mind about coming back next year as you stated you would. Our curtains and kitchens and units are exactly as advertised in our photgraphs. Our check-in cut off enforcement is key to keeping us economical. Late check-in must be arranged in advance or a no-show entry may allow the unit to be released. Safari, our local 2 transport stops directly in front of the priperty in both directions offering access to every point along the main road accross the entire island. Boundless Bliss Hotel would love to accommodate all of the guest wh select us.At the present time specifically as advertised we are rooms only with no breakfast or pool offerings on-site. When managing reservations guest who do not call as directed and miss the check-in window are considered no-show. Specific arrangements must be made for late check-in and No-show units are sold unless these arrangements are confirmed. We gladly relocated this situation with a nearby location with a pool which you completed your stay in. I guess your gratitude for driving your family at no charge has worn thin. All the best in carefully selecting amenities and honoring hotel policies in your future travels.

As we discussed date changes after you have begun your stay are not enabled, there are no partial refunds available for your need to leave Island early. That said I will acknowledge the shower handle management by the stem for which the handle has been repaired thank you for the notice. To more accurately state the circumstances the parties 6 members did in-fact receive the requested towels on all three occasions ,including the seventh person who arrived later. Our towels are not to leave the property with, we are most appreciative of those who avail themselves of the in-stay servicing for the required fees. Given the generality and that we received no complaint, objection, no request for refund or unit modification, it is unclear what condition contributed to this level of dissatisfaction.
