« The hot water heater was not working. We took cold showers the entire time we were there. Two different plumbers came out, both said it was a 21 year old water heater that needed replacing, but nothing was done. »

« We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks »
