'On the website it says Pet fee waa EUR12 but when we checked in they demanded EUR18 which is too much for a roadside motel. At this point, we had no choice but to check in. Even 4 star hotels do not charge this much. I would not stay again for this reason.'

'Codes were received in advance for a late check in but the receptionist was still on duty when I arrived around 2030. Everything was fine with the hotel but just to be wary.... On Google maps it stated breakfast included, some breakfast menus had prices listed and some didn't. Thankfully it wasn't a help yourself buffet otherwise I'd paid €15 for a small fixed choice breakfast.'

'Hotel ok.

'View from our window over the river was outstanding. Breakfast buffet was good as was the dinner we had there one night, Our waitress made it lots of fun. Drinks in the lobby was convenient. We needed a bar fridge to store some medications and staff were able to bring one to the room for us which was very helpful. Lots of restaurants etc closing for the season by Oct 15. Rented bikes from the hotel and worked out well'

'Convenient location with excellent amenities'

'Bezoeken in week 12 proper, goede staat, ontbijt mogelijk, zeer vriendelijke personeel. Ruime parkeerplaats goed bereikbaar.'

'Hotel is located in a nice area of the city Krems. Very modern and straight forward Rooms are clean. Aircon not working very well and make a lot of noise. Parking very expensive Breakfast good and complete'

Gratis...
