Property was dirty upon arrival. Dishes in cabinets were dirty so we had to rewash everything we wanted to use. Furniture is stained and grill had never been cleaned and was full of grease. We arrived on a Saturday and the pool was filled with debris and sand, contacted property management and were told to have it cleaned before their normally scheduled Wednesday cleaning we would have to pay a fee. We refused to pay since the pool should have been clean upon arrival, so we spent 4 days with a dirty pool during our one week trip. Pool cleaners came and only removed debris and was still full of sand. Overall for the price it is not worth the stay due to the cleanliness level.
