Step from the ground-floor patio toward the sand at Stones Throw #3 in Indian Rocks Beach. This two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront suite pairs Gulf views with a full kitchen, living area and in-unit washer and dryer. Two queen beds and a twin provide the main sleeping setup; an optional air mattress allows up to seven guests with an extra fee. The patio and parking area are shared with the complex. One parking space is included, along with beach supplies for easy days by the water.

This ground-floor beachfront suite has two queen bedrooms, with an additional twin bed in one room. An optional air mattress permits up to seven guests; an extra fee applies. Two full bathrooms include shower/tub facilities. Linens, towels and starter toiletries are provided.

KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM & LAUNDRY
Prepare meals in the full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and breakfast-bar seating. Relax with the Smart TV and Gulf outlook in the living area. A washer and dryer are inside the suite, making beach towels and longer stays easier.

BEACHFRONT OUTDOORS
The covered ground-floor patio opens toward the Gulf beach. The patio, beach-access areas and parking are shared with the complex; this is not an exclusive-use beachfront property. Beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler are provided. Beach fires are prohibited.

PARKING & PETS
One parking space is included. Pets require prior approval and a $175 fee per pet, per stay. Respect the other suites and shared outdoor spaces.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
The booking guest must be at least 21. Complete the digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie online before arrival; these requirements cannot be completed in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete them.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
