« We had an amazing stay at Mary’s house! It’s a cute little 1930s cottage that has been updated. Close to East beach public access or simply walk along the dune path. Definitely adding this house to our favorites for when we’re ready for another quick run to SSI! The realty group that maintains the property were easy to work with! »

« This house is exactly what we imagine a beach house to be. The location and beach were perfect, not crowded. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and American Beach and may not be our last. »

« If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in...

« Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay! »

« Very spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. Very clean and plenty of towels. The location was central to Epworth and the downtown area. Busy road, but noise not noticeable inside and easy to get on and off the road. Great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable. »

« Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad. »

"Super location , très grande chambre lit très confortable nous avons passer une excellente nuit . Sationnement disponible sans frais ++. Hôtel bien et propre bien entretenu malgré l’âge du bâtiment . Personnel très gentil . Nous y retournerons volontier . "
