'Terrific communication with hosts.Gave help with door lock instructions when needed, AND put retrieving my forgotten medication into action so that I had it with me when we flew home! 'Really enjoyed my stay! The room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Kind of odd that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the elevator, and the lighting could’ve been a little brighter, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great spot and I’d stay again.'

'This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

'Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. '

'An excellent location for walking from, and for taking road trips. The home was well-appointed with all that we needed for comfort and convenience. We were a party of six (3 couples), and had plenty of space. Beds were large and comfy. '

'Great location - walking distance to Water Street, George Street and the harbour front. Very responsive host - my messages were answered quickly. This property is managed by a property management company and provided a helpful guide. House was comfortable and clean. Everything was as listed.'

'Was in town for a family visit! Amazing home, very clean and perfect location. We loved the outside space and spend tons of time there. Easy access for my aging Aunt and Uncle who are in their 90s. Will be our go to for a yearly visits. Super impressed with high end soaps and shampoos. ( We are addicted and had to find the supplier on Water street, and brought back for gifts for friends in Ontario! We will be back! '

'The perfect family space while visiting St. John’s Newfoundland!We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ranging from 5-10). The house had plenty of rooms, bathroom and general living space. We spent hours in the indoor pool and so many wonderful meals in the large dining area.Truly cannot recommend the house enough!! And Adam was so lovely, communicative and kind. Thank you Adam, you made our trip so special! '

"We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd. We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama. Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. In het toilet staat het water zo hoog dat je hand soms nat werd. Ontbijt, niet echt bijster goed.Geen brood/broodjes soms verpakte croissants, geen beleg. Iets aan fruit, natuurlijk muffins. In koelkast staan waar yoghurtjes, melk, jus en appelsap, De locatie prima, dichtbij en beetje het uitgaanscentrum, met prima restaurant in de directe omgeving. In onze ogen daardoor een stuk minder dan we verwacht hadden, bij het zoeken naar accommodaties hadden we criterium 8+ aangegeven daar voldeed het voor ons niet aan. "
