We booked this hotel night to get a break as new parents and to get a relaxing, well rested stay. We were up throughout the night due to noise. Up more than what we would be if we were home with our baby. We made two noise complaints around 3am (20 minutes apart). The staff at the front desk attempted to ask the other guests to quiet down and there was no improvement until 4:30. We stay at this hotel because it’s quiet and relaxing and this time was the complete opposite. Not to mention our bathroom had a smell from the moment we got there. Every time we would enter the bathroom we could smell it. Disgusting. The pool was also way too crowded. To the point where it was not safe. There should be a limit or a booking system or something. Couldn’t enjoy the pool either. Another reason why we pick this hotel because it was a nice pool. Not sure if we will be coming back. We told the lady at the front desk upon check out that we were unhappy and she didn’t do anything for us. So disappointing. What a waste of money.
