« Overall great experience - super nice property, ocean view, short walk to the beach, 2 pools. Our only complaint was that our room (The Hansen, a king suite room) was right next to the staff laundry room. The door was always open and we’d have to be careful opening our door, and staff would often be talking and hanging out right outside our door. You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat. « Beautiful villa, amazing location. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again. »
