Architecturally designed and with unmatched views towards St Ives Harbour, The Lighthouse is located on the famous Crab Rocks off The Warren with off-site parking is the perfect base for exploring St Ives.

With breathtaking sea views, the cosy lounge opens onto a private balcony suspended over the crashing waves of Crab Rocks. The room is furnished with sofa, two comfy chairs and TV.

The retro inspired kitchen also benefits from amazing sea views across the Atlantic. Fitted with electric hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, you will have everything you need if you don’t fancy heading out for dinner.

There is a dining table with seating for four.

On the same floor is a utility room with WC, wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor and the second bedroom is located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have wonderful sea views and feature double beds and ample storage.

The bathroom is located on the third floor and features a shower, WC and wash basin.

• Please note, the stairs at The Lighthouse are not suitable for a stairgate.
• Access Statement – The Lighthouse is accessed down a flight of stairs consisting of eleven steps. Please be aware, that these are original traditional Cornish stone steps that have an uneven tread. The Lighthouse is located over four floors and has an open-tread spiral staircase which may not be suitable for some guests. Please supervise children at all times near stairs.
