'Staff service was great but the TV was not connecting to smart phone to use netflix, youtube or any entertainment. And it is great if they can provide a microwave and cutlery and crockery inside the room for guests to use. Otherwise everything else was perfect and will be definitely recommended'

'Cabin was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly, it was 33 degrees and only blowing cool air, it was so hot. The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. Also the detergent bottle to wash dishes was filled with water so was very successful at cleaning the BBQ dishes.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Renee our host was very helpful and friendly. We had a meal and breakfast which were both excellent. The accommodation was very comfortable and the decor was a lovely change from our usual contemporary. If we get back to Melb for a Yarra Valley visit, Victoria House will be our go to.'
