Welcome to "Tequila Sunrise"! This beach front home is located in the heart of the Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. Boasting four bedrooms, five and half bathrooms. The exterior of this home features a private pool and hot tub with plenty of seating and loungers around the pool for the whole family. A picnic table and chairs are found under the home as well as a full bathroom. A park-style grill is found on the south side of the home and the exterior stairs lead to the first floor. The first floor features 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the wrap around deck on the first floor. A queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. A twin bedroom features two twin beds an en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The two king suites are beach front and both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a standard shower/tub combo. The second floor offers an open floor plan living, dining and kitchen as well as a half bathroom and deck that spans the width of the house. The living area offers comfortable seating, including a hide-away bed, fireplace, and TV. The half bathroom is directly off of the living area. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances. The dining table seats six with an additional four seats found at the breakfast bar.
