« It was clean, beds were comfortable and there were many unexpected extras like coffee, snacks, water. Beer and soda for purchase, qtips, cotton balls,, body wash, shampoo and cream rinse, makeup remover pads, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Also plenty of toilet paper and very easy to get into. Having a light on the porch is fantastic because I’ve arrived at other places at night like this time and there was no light so you’re digging for your phone to turn the flashlight on. « Great communication, had a couple of leaks and shower flooded but the maintenance came right away to fix it. Overall clean, AC/Heat unit in each room, big kitchen, wonderful sitting area and decor. »

« It was a nice property for us. It was clean, updated, good location, and well stocked. The Keurig coffee maker was the only thing we had to figure out. JZ Vacation Rentals were easy to work with, however, a little cumbersome prior to our rental with having to send drivers' license, photo, etc. We had never had to do that before renting a VRBO. However, I think the added security is a good thing. »

« Such a cute house. We loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs to have our coffee in the crisp fall mornings. Kitchen was fully equiped. Love the open floor plan. This is our second stay at one of their properties and we will be booking for our family visit next year aa well. »
