View, Comfortable, Clean, Conveniently Located with Great View!

Our condo is ready for a long or short term stay. When you walk into the kitchen, you will find every manner of small appliance that you'll need to cook for yourselves. The closet is stocked with games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment. The TV in the master is "smart" so that you can use your Amazon Prime or Netflix if the cable choices aren't enough! Our wifi is upgraded to make working from your beach house easy. We continuously evaluate what we can add or change to make the unit even more suitable for the perfect holiday. Ambiance, view, and little extras that will help you relax and have more fun. Because that's what vacation should be- right? Relaxation and fun!

Bright, airy, comfortable, newly painted, and attractive, this two bedroom/two bath condo provides a relaxing retreat from the wear and tear of daily life. Lying in bed in the master bedroom or sitting on the couch in the living room, you will have a wide view of the Atlantic and be able to hear its restful music. (Isn’t there just something about listening to the waves that puts life’s troubles in perspective?) Polywood bistro table and Adirondack chairs, a two/three person glider, and a comfortable rocker on the generously sized, north-facing balcony furnish a shady retreat on which to sit and sip coffee or sodas while watching the kids in the pools, the dolphins play with each other, or the sea gulls chase the shrimp boats.

On rainy days, guests can watch DVD’s in either bedroom or in the living room. A large plasma TV hangs on the wall across from the bed in the master - a favorite feature for some of our guests. The living room also features a 42 inch plasma TV for your entertainment desires. The master & living room both have cable, of course. We keep a small collection of classic DVDs in case the cable goes out after a big storm, which rarely happens but we like to be prepared!

With a comfortable California King-Sized bed, the master is a haven. The bedside table even sports a charging station in the top drawer for all your electronic devices or your Cpap machine. Hopefully this will enable our guests to remember their cords better.
The master also has enough dressers and drawers for guests to put away all of their clothing, odds and ends. Hopefully this will enable you to unwind in a clean, uncluttered space so that your mind and spirit can rest and breathe during your time of respite. Other additions to keep our guests comfortable and happy are small fans for each bedroom so that those of you who always pack a fan for the white noise can leave one more thing at home.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, pod coffee maker, blender, mixer, crock pot, air fryer, waffle maker, egg cooker, rice cooker, stovetop Moka espresso maker, espresso cups, a milk frother, cookware, utensils, bakeware, glassware, a number of basic spices, starter coffee pods, tea bags, and creamer/sugar, dinner service and flatware for those who enjoy (gasp!) actually cooking on their holidays. (I do.) Thanksgiving and Christmas guests will even find a turkey roaster to prepare their holiday meals. We even have an electric kettle for our European friends.

You’ll also find a small laundry room inside the unit with washer/dryer/ironing board/iron for your convenience. Spacious closets allow you to unpack and put away the suitcases so you don’t spend your vacation tripping over STUFF! Each bath contains hand soap at the sink, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each shower, toothbrushes and small toothpaste, and a hair blower. We try not to skimp and leave you without something you need, thus you can usually find laundry pods, trash bags both big and small, starter paper goods, and so on. I think you’d be hard pressed to find another condo this size and price that has so much available for you. Just bring your clothes and food! As hosts, we go stay ourselves occasionally just taking food and clothing to see if anything is lacking. It’s not! Our most common guest review is that we have EVERYTHING.

Beach chairs and fun, colourful beach towels are all provided so that you don’t have to pack the farm when you travel. Try the Turkish beach towels that dry quickly and don’t hold sand. Super luxurious and comfortable. We have also left a small collection of pastimes for your enjoyment. Boogie boards, beach toys, cutesie little things for kids to search for in the pool, kites, two beach umbrellas, fishing poles, bait buckets, ice chests, etc are also kept in the closet on the balcony. Our balcony closet also sports one of those cool and useful beach carts into which you can load all of the above mentioned items and roll it down to the beach on wide wheels that won't get bogged down in the sand! I'm not sure how many two bedroom condos provide so many great things for their guests and it makes us happy to be able to do so. Of course, it does happen that our guests forget what they brought and what was already in the condo, so sometimes those items walk away. Though we can’t promise they’re still there, all of these items were in the condo last time we visited. And, of course, all linens for bed and bath are provided- high thread count sheets and big fluffy towels add small touches that will make you more cozy and comfy. Due to fire codes, we are no longer able to provide a barbecue grill for our guests to use on the balcony. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you admire any of our things, I’ll be happy to provide links for you to purchase them. We’ve experienced some heavy seasons of theft of the nice things we try to provide for our guests. Because of this, we’ve had to begin to keep an inventory that housekeeping checks after check out. Guests will be charged for the items that disappear. We hate this unpleasantness, but our finances can no longer support restocking items that are stolen at our own expense. We will add a $100 fee plus the cost of the appliance or linens to our VRBO claim if we discover theft. If you get home and realize you accidentally put a towel of ours in your luggage, please don’t worry, just email me and mail it back. Mistakes happen.

We are constantly upgrading our furnishings to keep the condo a bright and happy place to be. From the coverlets on the beds to the sofa in the living room, return guests are surprised by the new things they discover here each year.

The complex in which this condo is located, St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Condos, is an ocean front complex just 2/10 of a mile from the famous Oasis Grille. The wide beach is only 300 feet from the condo across a private, coded access boardwalk. It is 3/10 of a mile to Winn Dixie and half a mile to the Publix grocery store. The historic district is only five miles away; the pier 2 miles. A third floor unit with access to two elevators, luggage carts, and grocery baskets, it is easy entry and exit. It has a reputation for being family friendly rather than for attracting the party crowd, and the little courtyard is beautifully landscaped and inviting. You will find the complex clean, well maintained, and attractive with its two large pools.

Through no fault of ours, the twin bedroom has no cable. When the complex changed companies, they were not able to wire for that room. Guests can use the TV for videos or games.
