• Minimum Age: HOA requires the renter to be at least 25 years old

• No parties, quiet hours 10pm-8am

*The person making the booking must be present at the property for the full duration of the stay. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of guests who will be staying without the primary booker.

** When booking through Vrbo there is a $500 hold that is released upon check out.

You’ll have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner’s closet. You’ll have full access to the property amenities including pool, gated beach access, etc.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

HOA requires renter to be a minimum age of 25 years old.
* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
