Nestled right on the Matanzas River, this peaceful home offers dock access and easy launching for kayaks, paddleboards, and small boats. Enjoy river views, quiet mornings by the water, and easy boat-friendly living. Just a 5-minute drive to beach accesses and public boat ramps - pick your favorite stretch of sand for morning walks, swimming, or sunset strolls. Our guidebook reveals local hidden gems beyond the usual spots.

The home sits right on the river’s edge. Our other rentals on the same property share access to the private dock and water, creating a friendly waterfront community.

You'll access the home on a driveway directly from A1A (also called Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway). There is a keypad to lock and unlock the doors, your code will be provided before your arrival. The front door is located at the top of the stairs. *The downstairs garage is currently unavailable to guests.

The river access is ideal for fishing from shore or hand-launching kayaks or small boats, offering a convenient way to enjoy the water. However, we do not recommend backing a trailer onto the sand to launch your boat, as the terrain may not support it. Please note that tides and currents are constantly shifting so we advise all guests to use the dock and shoreline with caution and at their own risk. We are located on the main channel which is used by large and small boats regularly. For added safety, consider checking tide charts and local conditions. There are public and private boat launches nearby if your watercraft requires a trailer.
