This recently renovated private home is 300 yards from the beach and just a a few blocks from the fishing pier, farmers market, great restaurants and shopping. Spacious outdoor shower and patio, second-floor sun porch with recliners and ceiling fans, private backyard and garden. Features two large flat-screen TVs (master bedroom and living room), cable, high-speed internet, HBO, Netflix, Bose wireless music system, keyless entry, beach cruisers (bikes), beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella.

Our favorite place, 5 summers running!

We had another fabulous trip and stayed a week at Seabreeze. We discovered this gem five years ago, and make a point to spend my husband’s birthday here every year. The weather was perfect and the waves were firing. We mostly spend our time body surfing, being physically active and resting at the house with books and games, & this location is perfect for our style. This year, we went to the iconic Columbia for dinner in downtown St. Augustine and it did not disappoint! Tony is the consummate host, and the check in process is a breeze!

Outstanding property

We have been coming to St. Augustine Beach for decades, but once we found Tony's house, we knew where we were coming from now on. Beautiful house with terrific location, modern appliances and great decoration- what more could you ask for? We also had wonderful sunny weather the entire time with not a drop of rain- awesome!

We really enjoyed the beach house. It was very clean and has a great layout. The outside shower was useful for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We would definitely book this property again!

Perfect family vacation

The house is amazing and is in a great location. We took our 2 daughters and our son in law to celebrate my youngest graduating high school and enlisting in the Navy. We walked to the beach almost everyday & to get ice cream at Mayday’s (it’s a must!). We plan to try to come back again next year!

Great place, central location

Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was near everything—minutes from downtown, shops, restaurants, and above all the beach. We were able to walk to the beach with ease. Loved staying at the property and hope to return next year.

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed from a coffee maker to beach chairs. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. The host, Tony, was available to answer any questions with an immediate response. I would highly recommend staying here!

We have been staying at this location every year for the last four years. We love the location—close to fun restaurants/downtown St. Augustine and close to the beach. We spend most of our time at the beach and relaxing in the house. This house is clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs as a small family of three. We hope to be back next year!

Tony was so accommodating and accessible. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It is a short walk to the beach and dining. We made many wonderful memories in this home. Great House and Great Vacation

The house is excellent. Perfect location, short walk to the beach. The house is immaculate, kitchen stocked for familes who want to cook. There is also a zester. We always bring ours however Tony thought of everything for the kitchen, and through out the entire house for his guests. Great resturants are within short walking distances. Our time there was perfect.

Beach Bliss

This quaint beach neighborhood is preciously nostalgic. The house is clean, airy & nicely decorated. It’s such a quick walk to the beach, and it is breathtaking. The horizon is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Publix is just a mile & a half down the road. Island Donuts is a must. We had an excellent vacation!!
