This 3rd Floor Balcony Suite Plus is conveniently located near the elevator and has a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. This coastal casual suite is decorated in beach chic décor. Enjoy the 39" Flat Screen TV and ceiling fan on the sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove with oven and extra counterspace and a cute breakfast nook kitchen table. The bathroom has convenient access from the bedroom or hallway. The private bedroom has a beautiful bedroom set that includes a comfortable king size bed and plenty of drawer space. Relax in this tropical paradise and enjoy the 32" flat screen TV and ceiling fan in the bedroom. This king suite is just want you are looking for in a beach vacation the whole family will enjoy! Great location. Beautiful Beach

Everything was great except the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Nice TV's and comfortable seating in LR. Excellent staff onsite.

This Condo is Great!

My husband and I enjoyed 4 fabulous days in this lovely condo. The location was great, the beach beautiful and quiet, the office staff friendly and helpful, the overall compound very well-maintained. This unit was equally well-maintained with seemingly fresh paint, it was clean, and everything in working order. Beautifully decorated, the host has it organized and furnished for your convenience. There’s even a deck box with lots of ‘toys’ for ocean or pool use. We enjoyed sitting on the comfy balcony furniture and watching the morning dolphins feeding and ending our day marveling at thunderstorms sending their lighting bolts into the sea. We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully we can book this call condo again.

Vacation with our daughter and her fiancé and all 3 dogs!

We had 2 units and 3 dogs. It’s was nice to be able to bring them, especially since they’re allowed on the beach. You can drive on the beach, too, which made it easy to bring chairs and coolers. The unit we had is lovely and it has a wonderful ocean view, as all units here do. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The area has a very relaxing laid back, beachy vibe. The only down side for me was the distance to the dog walk area. It’s convenient for younger pups, but my old girl had a rough time walking the 250 steps -one way - before she could “go”. I’m really happy there is an elevator bc 2 flights of stairs would have been too much for her. Still, I’m so glad we could bring her with us!! This is our second time staying on the beach, although we’ve stayed in St Augustine 4-5 times. It’s a wonderful area with a great mix of things to do!!

Easy overnight beach spot!

Check in was super easy, everyone on property was super nice. Having luggage carts was great and we enjoyed waking up for the morning sunrise on the beach! Only a about 20 minutes from the bustle of downtown St. Augustine. I only wish we would have had enough time to try the coffee and ice cream at the little shop across the street. We would love to stay again in the future.

Not what we expected based on the listing

I really wish I could’ve given this property a better rating, and I don’t enjoy giving low ratings for any of the properties we stay at, but it was disappointing enough that we left within a few hours of our arrival. The room wasn’t clean, there were dark marks and stains on the sheets, mold in the shower, a musty smell, and the floor was slimy and we needed to wear our shoes. What really convinced us to leave was that this unit is directly next to the elevator, it was noisy, and the bedroom window faced the hallway, making it not only bright, but also loud. The kitchen must share something with the next unit, because there was a smell of curry cooking for the entire time we spent in the place, and it got stronger until we left. There are missing tiles, broken blinds, holes in the walls, and cramped spaces. We brought our dog with us, and just a warning, the only space to walk them is at the front of the property, a decent walk from the room. Very unhappy with the place itself, but I have to admit, the front desk staff were very sweet.

Crescent Beach

Room we stayed at had several things that needed addressing. But we enjoyed the location overall. Had a local restaurant next door, Safe Harbor Grill that had the best shrimp (grilled) that we had while we were there period. They were working on outside of the building too. So maybe they are in the process of getting everything updated.

New Year’s Escape

Overall, we had an outstanding time in St. Augustine. We had a great view from our condo’s balcony. However, the units furnishings seemed a bit dated and grungy.

Great condo and beach

The condo was exactly what I was expecting. My family typically leans towards a more luxurious property, but for our three night stay this was perfect. It was very clean, had a great view of the beach, was quiet and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I do not believe that my family of four could stay here during the summer months since four or more beach towels, swimsuits, shoes etc. would be too much for the space to handle. Our kids are teens though. It was perfect for our winter visit. We loved the balcony and we each had a spot to sit outside and in. Beach towels are not provided so just be sure to bring some! We hope to be back!
