'Property has an amazing view! It is also easy to “check-in,” very clean and well-maintained. Two important things to note. First, despite what the listing states, there is no AC. There is some sort of system that cools the air a bit, but does nothing about humidity. We stayed during a heat dome event and it was uncomfortable. The second item to note is that this is a remote location high up in elevation. The road up is constant switchbacks and my wife got car sick (I cannot think of another time...

'If you are visiting Sequoia Park, the location of this house is unbeatable. It is spacious and clean. Sheila Stone, the manager, was quick to respond to any issues, such as replacing burned-out light bulbs. She exemplifies a friendly and courteous super host. The only reason for the overall 4-star rating is that the house is quite old. While it is a great place to stay, we have experienced nicer accommodations in this price range, which is why we couldn't give it a full 5 stars.'

'Ronald is an amazing person, very welcoming to us. His dog Luna is a fantastic Guard Dog. We were able to make a camp fire and had a great time. The surroundings of his property are beautiful and the trailer is very cozy. It was a great experience and highly recommend it to everyone who wants to experience the outback of America.'

'We stayed 2 nights with our family of 6. The house was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The gazebo by the river was very nice. Our granddaughter got to play in the river some but this time of year the water levels are high and rapid with the spring runoff. There is a nice game room in the garage but one of the arcades didn't work. The host sent very helpful information beforehand so we knew where to shop for groceries. It was a very nice place.'
