'The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. 'Property was fine but there was no writing desk in the room so no good for a professional visitor. Also awkward to get coffee in the morning as nothing was provided in the room itself. Distance from Metro another disadvantage '
