'This is a hidden gem! The property is beautifully maintained in a wonderful walkable neighborhood near restaurants, markets, and parks. The home was immaculate when we arrived. There was a bit of a challenge with the keypad but Lisa responded within minutes of our message and all was resolved. The front porch is delightful to enjoy morning coffee and evening reflection time. We spend a lot of time in Eugene and can’t wait to stay at this enchanting and relaxing cottage again!'

'This is a small townhouse in a modest neighborhood. We felt safe and although the property was small we made it work for our family of five. We were traveling with our 3 college aged daughters. The second bedroom was perfect for them. We had an issue with the electricty but the host was incredibly responsive and it was restored in about 5 minutes. The property was very clean. It had wall units for AC which kept us cool. We stayed in a previous property on this trip which was not the case---...

'The hot tub was truly the high light for our family. Being able to walk to the river and see the fireworks was so amazing as we were not expecting to see them. The location was perfect for being close to shopping and dining as well as far enough for quiet'

'Very clean, new house, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen. Communication with host was the best. Good location near everything. This is not 5 bedrooms as listed, living room has a nice comfortable sofa bed, but is not a private room. Other than this miscommunication, it was a great short stay, one of the nicest, cleanest homes we have stayed in. Lots of room and would book again.'

'We thought it was a great stay. Very functional kitchen and living room area and we loved the layout of the home. Looks like one of the showers is in progress which would make it even better. A few spots on the deck were pretty creaky and wobbly but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the beautiful views at all. Just thought I’d mentioned it if it’s only to you. Definitely worth 5 stars still and the communication was great. Thanks!'
