'We stayed one night prior to a early morning flight out of Bush International Airport. The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The room was a great size and very clean. There were several restaurants nearby, which was helpful too. This is a small, but great little hotel, especially for the price. This hotel exceeded our expectations!'

'The toilet sometimes would delay in flushing and the hot water took about five to ten minutes to warm up. This was reported to the staff that was very friendly, they were gonna give me 5000 Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience but I have yet to see it. The stay was good inspite of those issues.'

'We love staying at this Zaza for Houston museums, zoo, and Hermann park visits. Price is elevated, but the quality of stay is top notch. Very spacious room at standard rate. Turndown service with a Moon Pie or chocolate, and a bottle of water. Over the span of a couple of days, we had an excellent breakfast and excellent dinner at Monarch. This weekend coincided with a prom being held in the big ballroom. The staff runs things so well that, as a guest, this was not a disruption at all to us.'
