WEEKLY DISCOUNTS, BOAT RENTAL: Luxury retreat with relaxing pool! 5 bedroom, 4 bath entire Luxury estate home on 3 acres with private gate. Backyard Pool (optional to heat) & hot tub, private boat dock on Lake Travis (Pedernales river arm). Two living areas, (downstairs living w/ 60" TV, upstairs game room w/ 60" TV), pool table or ping pong. 2 covered patios (upstairs and downstairs). Full gourmet kitchen with double convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and built in 48" refrigerator, plus small appliances (kitchen Aid mixer, Vitamix blender, toaster, moccamaster drip coffee maker & Keurig) . Firepit overlooking beautiful Lake Travis River. Dining seats 10, breakfast area seats 4, plus the kitchen bar area seats 4. Each bedroom has a private bath with the exception of pool bath sharing with downstairs guest room. Master & 1 guest room downstairs. Gym on upstairs open air patio. We have bedroom closets locked but each room has a wardrobe for hanging clothes + dressers. Gas grill, road to the lake (can rent golf cart or walk, it's a 100yrds downhill, just steep). Lake fun includes Paddle boards & a kayak on the dock. You may bring your own boat (22frt or less) or rent from a local marina or check our ATX Boat Charters on facebook.
