'Not clear instructions in english how to get there'

'DO NOT BOOK!!! We got to town around 3pm and the hotel was closed and there was no response (check-in began at 12:30 according to the listing and there were suppose to be staff until 11pm). Called all 3 numbers listed on the door and the calls "could not be completed." Checked my email and the hotels.com listing to make sure I had not missed any messages but there were no messages. Ended up booking another hotel last minute.'

Personeel is vriendelijk. '

'Unique historical hotel with old city walls within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a great breakfast.'

'Cannot say enough positive things about this stay over. The village was beautiful. The room was fantastic. And the view off the balcony: BREATHTAKING! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and neighboring villages. Its absolutely right out of a movie. You just have to experience it for yourself. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!'

'We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Andrea, de uitbater was heel hulpvaardig en verwelkomde ons heel hartelijk. Zeer goede service. '

'Our room was comfortable and clean. The hosts were just amazing and so helpful. Hopefully someday we can return'

'We enjoyed our stay in our cozy room number 2 with an amazing view! After a short walk from the train station, we turned onto the passageway that led to the property. The passageway had 86 stone steps up to the property and then a metal staircase with 26 steps to our room. It was a workout to carry out luggage up the stairs, but the view was worth it! The trail to Corniglia goes right by the property which was fun. It was rainy when we left so we needed to be extra careful as we carried our...

'It's an uphill coming out of the tunnel from the train station, just in case ur carrying a big luggage. Other than that everything is perfect.'

'Good'

'Uitzicht was fantastisch. '
