When we got into the building, the elevator was very cranky and we did not use it again. The apartment smeled like cigarette smoke so we had to air it out right away. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues....up multiple flights of stairs...you should move on. Communication was great and arrival instructions clear. Combo washer and dryer was the only negative experience we had...instructions were left but had never used one before and couldn't get the hang of it....surely my error. »
