It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. « I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

« Owners very responsive. I didn’t see message with check-out process (garbage etc) until after I left so I would suggest including with listing or providing upon check-in. Place was very clean! Easy on street parking. Only two towels though, for two females for two days. Not a huge deal but would have liked one or two more. »

« Great location. Close to train, major highways, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very clean and updated. Easy check-in and out. Although you are in an apartment above hosts, its very private and quiet. Was worried about parking on the street, but was not a problem at all, had spot right in front of house. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of a side street. »
