'We stayed for 4 nights in 3 rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in all rooms. We informed the front desk, and the staff said they would arrange for someone to check it, but it was never fixed during our stay.
Two of the rooms were extremely hot, while the third room was too cold due to a gap in the window that could not be properly closed.
Although the building looks new from the outside, the interior is quite outdated. The room facilities appear old, and the mattresses...

'This was a fantastic stay right next to Tsutenkaku tower, walking distance to Osaka Zoo, and even about 2.2km (1.3mi) walk to Dotonbori. You’re very close to any major station to take you to Osaka Umeda, the aquarium, Kyoto, and more.

'Great price/quality. Public transportation connections are great. Less ideal was that the A/C didnt really work, but due to train tracks right outside you couldnt really sleep with windows open either. Best to bring earplugs for light sleepers because trains pass by continuesly and its not completely sound proof. '
