'Awesome stay!!!!!'

'My check in was at 3 pm but I arrive really early in houston and I was accommodated with a 9 am check on. I was dead tired and very much appreciated the accommodation.'

'we did not receive room clean for two of the days we were there disappointed with the. the food was good and coffee. the hot tub was nice temp but poor condition,pool cold.it deserve a 2 star'

'The shower was disgusting. I took a picture of it and showed it to the manager (he said that his name was Alexis, but he didn’t have on a name tag, so I am not sure that was his name). I told him that it looks like mold, he was more concerned with trying to defend that it wasn’t mold. It looked like mold to me and I have the pic to prove it. If it wasn’t mold, it should never have gotten dirty enough to look like mold'

'The blankets and towels were ver scratchy. Did not use maid service. Breakfast was not included did not eat at hotel. Police were called first night by property to deal with a guest. Pretty safe, property conveniently located to NASA. '

'I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay...

'Honestly it looked like it was going out of business. The lobby was very nice and it looks like they maybe remodeling this location. The air conditioner was not good and clearly need maintenance. The room smelled like mold. We changed rooms and the bathroom didn't have broken tile in it but had all the above problems. We only stayed at night the rest of the time at the hospital with our grandson. If I had not already paid for the room up front, we would have moved. Didn’t feel safe...

'Rooms are big, but the airconditioning made quit a lot of noise. Because of the temperature in Houston, you couldn't switch it off in the night. Staff (specially at dinner and breakfast) was very friendly'
