My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained. They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty. And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened.'

'Hotel canceled my prepaid reservation despite me sending a message through Expedia saying my arrival would be delayed until the following morning. Hotel staff said that was not its problem — that I should take it up with Expedia. I had to pay full price on the spot to get the room I had already paid for through Expedia. So, beware.'

'The good: The only reason I selected this property is it's proximity to the stadium. Complimentary breakfast was good, though boring for the 2nd morning. Coffee was great. The front-desk staff was OK. There were enough parking spaces. The bad: Overall the room was below average for the price I paid. 'We stayed there cause it was closer to stadium. Our expectations were low but this hotel was on another level. Smell was terrible, AC was horrendously loud, we had bugs in the room. Staff was not helpful with anything, they were really annoying, unhappy people. What they call breakfast is bags of cheapest muffins an terrible quality coffee. They actually collected 'cash' money from us to keep our bags after check-out for couple hours. We had no other option but pay but never seen this in my...

'Toen we voor het eerst de kamer inkwamen bleek die nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. De volgende kamer die we kregen was wel goed. We hadden een grote en nette kamer voor een scherpe prijs. Het personeel en het ontbojt waren matig. En de directe omgeving is heel saai. Maar de prijs was scherp en het ging maar om 1 nacht dus het was prima.'
