'Staff were great and very nice. However the overall cleanliness of the property was less than desirable. Unfortunately found what appeared to be a cockroach in the room and overall the hotel definitely could use some updating. But overall price was reasonable and the outside of the two issues I mentioned the rest of the stay was good.'

'They couldn't figure out how to key our room key. You can't check in an hour early without a charge. Was rude at front desk. Asked what to do around hotel was given all BARS with my 17 yo daughter with me. Left waiting at front desk for over 20 minutes while the tried to key room. The room door wouldnt lock. The door wasnt straight so didnt close right. Only 1 room key actually worked. No milk at breakfast. '

'The staffs grandmother was exceptionally rude and I caught the staff looking through the vent in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also my wife and I were experiencing some car trouble and we called to let them know we were running a little late that we were planning on staying I just had to get the car to fixed and we would be on the way. The staff charged us a late fee even though we had planned on staying. We paid the late fee and got our belongings and got a room somewhere else due to...

'Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. Frankly...
