'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Excellent stay - easy check in & they upgraded our room to a city view on a higher floor, which was a wonderful surprise. It was so appreciated throughout the entire stay and my son enjoyed watching the night skyline. Clean, quiet, and in a wonderful neighborhood. We will be back!'

'The room had a stain in the carpet, dust was everywhere, restaurants were pricey and not good service at Taos was not good. Need to better service clean the carpets and wipe down the cabinets and surfaces.'
