'The pool time for both pools is 8am-8pm which seems ridiculous during the summer. Also advertising a beach, but there isn’t any access to the water to swim. Other than that we had a great time. The staff is excellent!!!!'

'All staff were friendly. Elevator area on the 18th was not cleaned for two days. I paid for parking when I checked in but had to pay when leaving the garage. There was no attendant in the booth and no one answered the call button. The pool was super small and mostly children. Would be nice to have a pool area for adults especially since there is a pool side bar.'

'Wonderful facility. Enjoyed the on site amenities. The garden was an interesting twist.Stayed in the Barn, a little tight for two people but well designed space. I would recommend if in the area.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.'

'Great cleaning staff! Loved the location. And the restaurant was wonderful as well. Be aware of the parking fee per night, $45 and $8 processing fee. We only parked two nights but was charged for four nights. Called to correct the charges and was told that a manager would be calling back. No call, so I called again. Finally spoke with a manager and have received our credit back. Great hotel overall, but just don't use the "Self parking."'
