'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. 'I loved everything about this hotel! From our spacious corner room (which is rare in NYC) to top notch customer service when our air conditioner stopped working- our stay was perfect. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was great, the bed was comfy, and the location was perfect.
