'This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. We stayed in a suite which had amazing views and breakfast included. The VIP staff was incredible and helped us plan our stay a couple weeks in advance. They were also there to help in every way. Overall this hotel is the Best in Banff. (We went to the Chateau LL as well.) '

'One bedroom condo style unit. Liked the upscale kitchen appliances and the two fireplaces. Very clean. King bed was comfortable. Washroom had tub and stand alone shower with jets on three walls. Lots of room in the hot tube. Good location. Would stay there again.'
