Flats in Southern Alabama

'Small but nice. Not three bedrooms as stated in the description. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living/dining room, You’d have to find a place for the dining room table and the big glass top coffee table before you can open that couch into a bed, which is quite impossible in the small area. The mirror in the bathroom has black mold around it. The bedrooms are quite noisy with the air conditioner condenser mounted on the wall just outside the window close enough to touch. 'Clean space. Does not have a coffee maker, only a single Keurig. Limited toilet paper and supplies. The patio was nice, and it's more of a studio setup with no "bedroom". Overall, would stay again but plan differently next time.'

'This was the perfect spot for my family of three. It was clean and very comfortable, and the views were amazing. Location was great and didn't feel super congested. We will definitely rent this place again!'

'The condo was clean. Some parts of the condo (tub), base boards, light switches etc. were dated, but looked clean and well kept. The punch code to get in was worn and a bit crusty. Overall this was a good stay. A little over priced for no pool, and no elevator, but excellent beach front and a very short walk to the beach. Overall we would stay here again. Beautifully decorated. 'Their was no good access to beach 40and over so much work being done-exterior scaffolding at patios pool closed very noisy equipment and pumps, I wish I was told about the upgrades they never mentioned it to me, but did geta small refund, but had this all been disclosed I would of chosen a different place, I had no option!
