'Travel with teenage daughter to attend a training nearby. The hotel is nice as is the staff however this is not really a place for anything to do for teens. All food entertainment etc is within casino with exception of high end steakhouse. Again great place for adults but consider looking elsewhere if traveling with kids '

'This was under construction, parking lot a mess, run down on the outside. Room was renovated but no tissues, cups, had to ask for a blow drier, no coffee, no lobby. The person checking us in was lovely but the lobby was gutted. The room did seem clean. Hopefully it will be nice once renovated fully.'

'The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out...
