'The staff here was excellent and parking was very convenient. The best part was the location for the event—it was an easy 20-minute walk to Ford Field, so we didn't have to worry about stadium traffic or rideshares. However, the hotel feels quite outdated, and I was surprised that queen-size beds don't seem to be the standard here. There is also very little to do in the immediate surrounding area. Good if you want a walkable base for the stadium, but the property needs updates.'

'Bathroom had mold in the shower. Telephone was in operable. The coffee did not fit in the extremely cheap coffee maker so you had to sit sideways to make a cup of coffee. There was no tea in the room nor was there tea at the bar the air conditioner sounded like a jet, taking off every hour to pull the room. The menu for Room Service was extremely limited with nothing truly appetizing to choose from the staff all seemed dressed, extremely casually, not professionally as most Marriott I have seen...

'People having a party on the terras of the ground floor room with a Ghettoblaster on very loud. Further, during the night a constantly reoccurring loud noise, probably from cars starting in the parking next to my room, but sounded as a kind drilling.'

'Not at all. I came down about 9:00 am. Many of the pots were empty. The hot water is not hot to make tea. The coffee is not hot. There were no disposable plates for serving the food. Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. When I took a shower, the water was cold about 35c, 95F. I booked this hotel hoping to swim as the website shows that there...

'The room was very nice, however, the toilet was really low. They need a hand rail for it. Also, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass door. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.'

'Great place and happen to be there during the 100th anniversary of Pontiac, which is cool. I have to say their breakfast, even though it was a standard buffet, was super high-quality. I usually skip the breakfast buffet, but this place was worth it. Not only that there’s a great Mexican restaurant walking distance from it.'
