« Stayed 2 nights. Checked in late afternoon and didn't realize until the next day ac unit wasn't blowing cold air. Phone on nightstand wasn't connected to wall outlet. There was no wall outlet available due to remodel contractor deleting it! Second night was very warm and maintenance supervisor went to Costco and bought 2 fans. Requested a different room but they were overbooked. »

« The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I did one small load of laundry and it cost $16, $8 for washer and dryer machine tokens, $4 for a single packet of soap and $4 for three dryer sheets. Fairly outrageous. Otherwise a reasonable stay. »

« We stayed at Aspen Suites the night before our flight home. The hotel is located about a 5 min drive from the airport (or about 10 min walk if you can’t find a cab). Excellent staff, easy check-in. Clean common areas and clean, spacious rooms. The room has a kitchenette and full-sized fridge, a couch with table, and clean, comfortable bed. « There is absolutely nothing unique about this property whatsoever. There is no in-room coffee maker, no continental breakfast, very RARELY is the front desk staffed, the window coverings in the rooms are in dire need of replacing, housekeeping is by request only and then only if the message gets passed on. The only upside to the Baranof Lodge is that it is easy walking distance to downtown, the shops and restaurants. Oh, and the airport shuttle is appreciated. We paid a hefty amount for a...

« The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at. »
