    Located right in the heart of South West Rocks, This property is currently up for sale , you can wake up to the delicious smell of coffee from the local cafes on your doorstep, stroll down to the iconic Horseshoe Beach for an ocean swim, or sit on your balcony while you read the newspaper with a cup of tea.

    This spacious, three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has a northerly aspect, is bright and airy, clean and modern. Recently refurbished by new owners, this apartment has new carpet, is freshly painted throughout, air conditioned living areas, and has been lovingly updated with curtains, decor and furnishings.

    With a generous layout, you will never feel lost for space. Kick back and enjoy the large open plan tiled living area with high ceilings, which flows neatly from the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a dishwasher.

    Relax on the leather lounges and enjoy the free wifi, or perhaps connect the smart TV to your streaming services such as Foxtel or Netflix, to unwind and chill. With two large covered balconies, one with a BBQ, there is plenty of space for the whole family. There are magazines, books, games and puzzles to keep the kids, and adults, entertained.

    Take your pick of the three beautiful bedrooms, all with lots of space and thoughtfully set up to make your stay comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in wardrobe, an ensuite and direct access to a large balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed - a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top (perfect for the kids) - as well as a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a built in wardrobe (and a glimpse of Trial Bay if you look hard enough!) The main bathroom, with separate toilet, has a large spa bath if you feel like unwinding after a day at the beach. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 7 people.

    There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, which makes extended stay a breeze as you can wash and dry as much as you need. There is also a Dyson stick vacuum for your convenience, should you wish to keep the floors sand free during your stay. As the owners regularly stay and enjoy the apartment, every last detail has been considered!

    A short stroll to Horseshoe Beach, Main Beach, Back Creek, the park with kids playground, bike/walking track, Park Run course, local pub and surf club, restaurants, cafes and shops, you can easily park your car when you first arrive and walk your entire stay! Make sure you bring your fishing rod and beach gear, bikes and tennis racquets - all of which can be securely stored in the large lock up garage. There is also plenty of parking space out the back.

    All of the beds have freshly updated mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers. However, you will need to bring your own bed sheets, towels, bath mats and hand towels. You will also need to bring your own personal necessities including toilet paper.

    Should you need to hire linen for your stay, this is available at an additional fee, through local linen hire companies. Please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

The outside balcony areas were both very dirty and the sliding door tracks on all glass doors were extremely in need of a big clean as hard to slide some of the doors.Dirty washing left in washing machine. The unit is well set up for a stay.

Centrally located

The apartment had comfortable furniture and was very spacious. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We could not get the spa working. It was centrally located to SWR and Horseshoe Bay which we enjoyed. Having our car was handy for popping out to Coles as we did most of our meals at home during our stay. Good oven, microwave. We did not use the balconies because they looked over a carpark and a road, however it was nice to be able to open up the sliding doors to let in the breeze and dry our towels on the drying racks outside. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved and I have emailed the managing agent. Has a washing machine and dryer if you need them whilst your there.

A comfortable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky to spend a week in this wonderful apartment. There has been a lot of work put in to renovating this place. It's light, bright and clean with new paint and carpet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Some of the equipment needs to be updated- for example, there were no scissors, knives were quite blunt, there was no can opener. Also windows in the bedrooms should be able to be opened for ventilation as there are no ceiling fans. The main bedroom needs better blinds as it was very bright and hot in the afternoons. The price was reasonable in comparison to other places that we have stayed in- however, there are additional fees on top of the listed price that are slapped on as you make the booking (for us it was an extra $250) which does make it more costly considering that linen is not even supplied and it is only an apartment, not a house. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
