« Le Fistral beach Hotel prétend offrir des prestations luxueuses mais ne s’en donne pas les moyens ; pas de minibar dans les chambres, pas de coffre. De plus l’entretien des locaux n’est pas satisfaisant ; porte de douche qui ne ferme pas, mitigeur baignoire bloqué… La réception wifi est très mauvaise dans tout l’hôtel. Il faut éviter toutes les chambres situées à la verticale du bar (sur 3 niveaux) car diffusion de musique de 7h du matin à minuit qui s’entend dans les chambres. Heureusement nous...

« Personnel peu accueillant. On a l’impression de déranger. La piscine est jolie mais pas soignée, plus de serviettes propres, par contre beaucoup de serviettes utilisées et restées sur place. Une porte sur l’extérieur, mangée de rouille ne ferme plus . Décevant. Un seul restaurant (deux sont annoncés) mal chauffé et avec une carte vraiment très courte. L’emplacement est superbe. La chambre confortable. »

« The only thing I didn't like was, I had to download an app in order to get the instructions for the keys. Otherwise the place was nice and the location was great! »

« Excellent location,great for walking into newquay Town or fistral beach or the gannel estuary and onto crantock beach and the pentire headland, lovely decking area that gets sun most of the day. Host is very friendly and helpful with anything you need to know. »

« This is a belter of a property to stay in. The bedrooms are comfortable, stylish and clean . The hosts have thought about everything to make this a stress free break,with their attention to detail and care showing right the way through. The location is great a 2 minute walk to Fistral beach and 10 minute walk into Newquay. There is also the bonus of the lovely view from the lounge area which has plenty of comfy seating for six guests . We would highly recommend this property. »
