« Amazing location, lovely staff, good breakfast »

« on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling. »

« As a first time ,solo traveller, I couldn't praise the wonderful staff at this beautiful hotel enough. They were all so friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble , particularly in the restaurant and bar. The hotel has only been open a few weeks and there are still a few facilities not open but I will certainly return next year when the pool area etc should be complet. Thank you for a lovely stay »

« The hotel was very well situated on a pedestrianised street. WiFi was very good. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The staff are helpful. The only thing I thought missing from the room was a dressing table with a mirror & seat, but otherwise plenty of storage. »

« Personnel peu accueillant. On a l’impression de déranger. La piscine est jolie mais pas soignée, plus de serviettes propres, par contre beaucoup de serviettes utilisées et restées sur place. Une porte sur l’extérieur, mangée de rouille ne ferme plus . Décevant. Un seul restaurant (deux sont annoncés) mal chauffé et avec une carte vraiment très courte. L’emplacement est superbe. La chambre confortable. »

« Very good view of the harbour.Didn’t like the stairs,Low beams.Needs brighter signs warning of low beams would help.Kept banging my head Could do with better selection of food.poor breakfast very greasy.Staff very friendly Had issue when we arrived as our room was given to another couple.Fair play to senior staff They moved the couple to another room.They had to get us some more biscuits as they had eaten them. »
