'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Fantastic stay, we were upgraded when we arrived and the room was immaculate. Staff were very friendly, offered a glass of champagne on arrival! Location was excellent, walking distance to everything- would stay again.'

'Absolut luxuriöse Hotelanlage, sehr sauber, absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Pollanlage mit der zusätzlichen Lagune und der Poolbar muss man unbedingt nutzen. Die ganze Anlage ist wie ein riesiger Park angelegt, auch Besuch von Kängurus hatte ich in der Zeit.'
