'The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.'

'Nice and helpful staff. Self Parking doesn’t exist, Valet parking is all they have to offer which is nice but also very expensive. This is a great hotel if you don’t have a car. The rooms were nice. However, house keeping needs to pay better/more attention to the bed sheets, sweeping every area of the floors, and dusting. Overall, a fair option but not sure if we will stay again.'

'Unfortunately- this first feel like an Autograph hotel. This hotel could just as easily be in Detroit. There is no identity. I remember when it was ace and designed as a San Diego hotel. You knew where you were. This hotel now needs some TLC and an identity associated with its location'

'Very cosy hotel with charming ambiance and nice restaurant (Great cocktails). We had some problems with the airconditioning and room cleaning, but staff dealt with it adequately and offered us a room switch and a discount. In General we had a good time Here.'
