The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. '

'We had a fantastic time! The house was perfect for us. I appreciated that our car could be pulled behind the gated fence. We enjoyed the privacy, and our puppy had a backyard to play in. Their layout was very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Many homeowners in the neighborhood are renovating their houses. We're excited to see how the neighborhood changes over the next year or so. '
