Le système d'alarme s'est déclencher à cause de la vapeur d'une douche. Il était11h30 PM. Il faudrait qu'il revoient le type de détecteurs.

As we cannot control the actions of some of our guests, it does give us a sense of comfort that they do work properly in case of a true emergency. Un bon hotel 3 étoiles
L Hampton Inn est un bon hotel. On l a choisi pour sa proximité avec Rutgers, environ 15 mn en voiture. Les points positifs : La chambre est plutot grande, la literie confortable, il y a un grand ecran TV. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit dejeuner était inclus dans le prix de la chambre et il y a du sucré et du salé. Il y a pas mal de restaurants autour, accessibles à pied ou en voiture, et de quoi faire les courses (Target à 5 mn). La piscine est agréable, pas hyper chaude, mais je suis un peu frileuse et il y a des serviettes à disposition. La salle de sport est quasi toujours libre. On a également pu imprimer des documents sur place, c est pratique. Il y a toujours de la place pour se garer sur le parking. Les points négatifs : Notre chambre n était pas bien insonorisée. On entendait le voisin parler, le bruit de la route proche... Nous avions demandé à ce que le ménage passe 1 jour sur 2, ils sont passés 1 fois alors qu on est resté 5 nuits. On n était pas beaucoup là en journée donc difficile de croiser les personnes en charge... Nous avions notre propre shampooing heureusement (celui qu ils mettent à disposition sent très bon sinon !). Pas de ventilation déclenchable dans la salle de bains, même s il y a une grille par laquelle on entend parfois un voisin Au final, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Pas sûre d y retourner mais le rapport qualité-prix est correct

Property was clean and very convenient. Close to the highway lots of shops and eateries. Staff was amazing. All amenities listed were open and available. Doors locked at 11pm which helped me feel safe as a solo female traveler. Will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was very friendly and professional. My room was clean and had the regular amenities. Felt safe and comfortable. One thing I liked about this Hampton Inn was their shop with snacks and drinks, etc., perfect after a long day.

The hotel was very nice the only complaint I have is that people were knocking on our doors and they called and complain about noise when we weren't making any noise at the time the call came in from the front desk we were actually sleep. They should do a little investigating on where the noise is coming from before disturbing people two & three times. Other than that the hotel was great.

Stayed for just one night but the staff were exceedingly professional and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was more than satisfactory but was fairly ordinary.
