Plenty of beds, everything you need for both in the home and going to beach. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was great! Little things like mosquito spray, sunscreen, beach toys, plenty of beach towels, all pleasant surprises.
There was even WD-40 in the closet which was used to lubricate the squeaky door! Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and all the kitchen tools needed. Could use some Tupperware containers with lids.
The cleaning service needs some training as they don't pay attention to detail, but not "dirty". Bar glasses on open shelf are really dusty and dirty, there were dishes put away that were put up dirty, as in used, and not washed. Upstairs bathroom constantly smells like a sewer, think the pipes need looked at. The mattresses need to be replaced. Springs poke you and minimal support. All three downstairs bedrooms were horrible. No one's back is feeling good right now. Not sure on upstairs as the kids slept there and they didn't complain. Replace with tempurpedic and advertise that they are tempurpedic, you will have people rent for that reason alone! Internet is non existent. No matter the time of day or night. So bad that you cannot even watch TV. Had to use hotspot on the phone to watch one TV. Let the front desk know and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Negatives only given so they can be improved. Overall it was a great stay and would rent again (if beds replaced!). Thank you!
