The Space:
Saida Towers are the most resort like condos and this is offering one of the nicest 3 bedroom beachfront condos on South Padre Island. This is a the perfect spot for everyone in the family.
Very functional and elegant + new remodel offers a larger space in a corner unit with the double size. From balcony,enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico with new poly-wood dining and seating, not to mention a rare bonus of a gas grill perfect for family BBQs.
Enjoy the open concept with new kitchen and appliances, open to dining table & living area with large windows to view the pools and beach. Uniquely featured is a long, high top table with charging bar between the dining & living space that we find as a perfect spot for getting a little work done, or watching a game while still enjoying the beach views.
For your comfort, we know ample bedding is important, and we have it. There is space for 10 guests. We offer high speed wifi/internet, 4 smart flat screen HDTVs for movies, game days, and relaxing after a long day at the beach. There’s something for everyone and plenty of room to spread out. For your convenience, we’ve included new appliances, plenty of seating, and an in unit washer & dryer.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
if you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
The condo is professionally managed for your convenience by South Padre Trips, and they provide guests towels, linens, basic toiletries & soaps + start pack of trash bags / dishwasher pods / coffee, cream, & sweetener. Contactless entry is available. Saida has unique 24/7 professional security and 2 parking permits inside the are included.

We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

Guest Access:
Condo is professionally managed as South Padre Trips 2600 Padre Blvd on the Island with daily office hours. Saida Towers does not have an office. Parking permits are required and are issued at the office unless after hours, we provide them with security. There is also a gate code for the walking path out to street as well as to the beach. The condo front door has coded entrance unique to each guests stay for safety & security that operates off a cell hub network.

Other Things to Note:
Provided by South Padre Trips on the Island. While the condo has washer/dryer inside the condo, we do please ask that linens & towels are brought to our office at 2600 Padre Blvd for complimentary exchange rather than done in unit as heavy towels and/or sand can ruin stackable washers.
Please read & agree to all house rules prior to booking. As this condo has a strict cancel policy we do not provide refunds for not accepting these prior to booking. We require after booking is made guest must select between a $59 fee for our Damage Waiver -OR- a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. This is guest choice. Additionally a signed rental agreement with an attached photo of your picture ID is required to be signed in our office OR via docusign prior to arrival (also guest choice).
We do NOT provide LP gas for the gas grill bring a tank if you want to use
In March as well as Semana Santa Easter week, this property carries a $25 condo security wristband fee PER PERSON regardless of age unless under 13.
