Aparthotels in South Padre Island

'Only 2 elevators one was out of service,hotel was at capacity. Room cleaned only once with a 5 day stay. Could only have 3 towels per room no more. Yes, close to beach but hotel was not worth the $ that we paid, looked outdated. Pictures on website not accurate. Parking full and not secured for vehicles. Not recommended!'

'The property is okay I would say it needs some renovating. Elevator was out of service and the ice machine broken. There is alot of staff working but unfortunately not very helpful. I would see all the staff around only talking to each other some flirting with each other. Our group was ignored many times. Our room did not have shampoo/bodywash etc and they never refilled and we kindly asked. Check in was fast and they were kind also the young gentlemen in the golf cart was attentive driving us...

'The hotel itself is pretty nice, however the parking was a bit on an inconvenience, elevators were not working, front desk staff was not helpful and I was given a queen bed when booked for a kingsize.'

'There was no cleaning the rooms every day and no hairdryer in the room. But Hotel is GREAT, nice friendly staff and close to the beach. I had an awesum stay.'
