✦ During winter weather conditions, chains or a 4WD vehicle may be required, and trip insurance is recommended.
✦ The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a deadbolt lock, and a first aid kit.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ Maximum of 2 vehicles. Park only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests.
✦ No Parties or Gatherings: Celebrations or events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
✦ Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Guests are kindly asked to avoid making any noise or disturbances that may disrupt the peace of the neighborhood.
