'We stayed here in September of 2024. Note there was no A/C, but with all the windows open it never got too hot to complain about, and at night it was super chilly. This property has had a lot of work done to it to make it the perfect entertainment home. We were getting married at sand harbor up the east side of the lake and this house was the perfect stay for getting ready with breathtaking views and architecture. Huge kitchen for those who like to cook, and the bar and pool table made for a fun...

'We had a great week at the Tahoe vacation home. In particular, the common space (living room, dining room and kitchen) on the main floor was wonderful and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped. We liked the fenced yard that was great for my daughter's small dog. Erik was responsive and the check-in process was seamless. Thank you!'

'Recommended for family vacations. Spacious, plenty of room and beds. Has view of the pool and partial view of the Heavenly gondola. Few nit picking items, there are a total of only three garbage bins in the unit, 1 each bathroom and 1 in kitchen (minus master bedroom and bath which was not included in rental). The trash bins in the included two bathroom can be bigger. There are no garbage cans in the other rooms and no recycling bin in the kitchen. Cleaning service is only on the last day....

'Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij the Americana Village. Het is een leuk complex en we hadden een mooie ruime kamer met keukentje, (eet)tafel en bank. Op loopafstand van Heavenly Village waar genoeg te shoppen en te eten is. Ontbijtfaciliteit had iets beter gekund.'
