'We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.'

'The room we stayed in had a great view. The property shows a lot of wear and tear. Carpet smells, bathroom caulking is stained, scratches all over the walls, especially in the bathroom where the maid service has been removing the little trash can against the wall. Beds not so comfortable. Just a lot of deferred maintenance inside the hotel. The location is great, but that may be about it. For $600 a night I expected a lot more.'

'Great place to stay! We had two rooms, a full kitchen, family room, and dining room room. It was spacious and a great layout. Perfect place to stay to be able to walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. Front desk staff was super friendly and they made check-in very easy.'
